Ability to delete a release, please!

I'm sure others have run into this.
I created a release 1.0.0 and realized that one of the variables had no value (which the interface should have prevented).
So I wanted to delete that release. There is no way to do that.

We're planning to add the ability to delete a release next month.
I've attached a link below to the designs we have come up with for this feature. You'll be able to delete a single release or delete multiple releases. We'd be really interested to hear if you feel this will meet your requirements.

In my opinion, screens 1 and 2 (single delete button at the top) makes the most sense, allowing the user to review the release details before deleting.
I don't think the use case for deleting multiple releases is as compelling.

Just wanted to update this thread to say we added the ability to delete a release in DM version 2.3.14. This version was released on 19th December 2013.
* Users with the ‘Project Administrator’ permission can now delete releases * Multiple releases can be deleted from the project releases page * The version numbers of deleted releases can be reused * Deployment logs are retained and reference the deleted release
We'd be really keen to hear what you think of the new functionality.Best regards,
Chris
