Alert Escalation email
We have customised alerts for Disk space. An initial email is sent as Medium alert when goes over 80%, it then escalates to High when goes over 90%. We had this exact scenario recently and no High alert email was sent. The only other email we received was when the alert ended. Is this correct behaviour or should we have received a high alert email? If this is correct behaviour, is there anyway to trigger a high alert email on escalation.
