SQL Compare and SQL Compare PRO

If I get the latest SQL Toolbelt, can it restore scripts using the bundled SQL Compare or I still need to SQL Compare PRO?

    Sql Toolbelt comes with the Pro comparison tools.

    We got license for SQL Compare (years ago) and when we tried restoring scripts, it would let us since it says we needed SQL Compare PRO (image below). So we upgraded our license. 



    We currently have license for: SQL Compare Pro, SQL Prompt Pro, SQL Source Control and looking to get the TOOL BELT but wanted to make sure it can restore SQL scripts from SQL Source Control.
