Estate Reports

Hello :)

When looking at the Estate overview reports is there a way to change the time frame for these? For example when looking at the Backups overview it would be nice to be able to specify a time window for this, or any of the other useful overviews in the Estate section.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @BWar81,

    There is not a way to restrict the time frame for the "Backups" page I'm afraid, it contains all the history of the backups.

    For the SQL Agent Jobs page, you can restrict it to show the last day, week or month of data.

    For the "Disk usage", "SQL Server Configuration", "Installed versions" and "SQL Server licensing" pages, the intended use of those pages doesn't require a time frame to be selectable:
    • For the "Disk usage" page, it is showing currently values of free and used disk space, along with the current projects based on the historical data.
    • For the "SQL Server Configuration" page, it is showing the current configuration.
    • For the "SQL Server versions" page, it is showing the current versions of the entities.
    • For the "SQL Server licensing" page, it is showing the current licensing information.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for the reply. Basically the Estate view is a great way of getting information required for a monthly report our management team like to see however it would be really nice to be able to filter out a specific time window for some of them in case a month is missed or an adhoc report is required.
