Hi All,

When I take a full backup its not verified and job is still going on from more then last 24 hrs, But in activity history outcome shows me success and verified shows me no.

But in Transactional Log backup its done success fully.

When I checked SP_who2 in SQL Server, its shows me
Status = runnable
Wait type = CMEMTHREAD
Program name = SQBCoreService.exe
Command = RESTORE HEADERON
stmt_end = -1

When I take backup from SQL Manager, its done succesfully.

Can any one guide me why I am getting this error??

Regards
Deepak

    Thank you for your post into the forum.

    What version of SQL Backup are you using?

    Are you refering to the Timeline area of the GUI, still showing a job in progress with a green & white candy stripping. Despite the job being completed?

    A support call has been created for you. The call reference is F0022126.

    Can you please provide a screen shot of the SQL backup GUI, when this error occurs and send it to support@red-gate.com. Please include the above call reference number in the subject field of the e-mail.

    Many Thanks

    Thank you for your reply and excellent news that the problem is now resolved.

    For your interest, the latest version of SQL Backup is Version 5.4. I recommend that you upgrade to this version of SQL Backup at your earliest convenience, as this version of SQL Backup resolved a number of known bugs and problems we encountered in Version 5.0 of SQL Backup.

    To upgrade, either use the 'Check for Updates' feature from the help menu in the SQL Backup GUI or perform a new download of SQL Backup from our web site.

    Many Thanks
    Eddie
