Tlog shipping alongside regular full/diff/tlog backups

We currently have about a hundred databases all being backed up on the following schedule:
Full backups weekly
Differential backups at 10p
Tlog backups every hour between 6a and 6p.
We want to implement tlog shipping for a handful of these databases.
My concern is that the current differential and tlog backups will conflict with the backups the tlog shipping wizard wants to set up.
Any advice on how to manage this?

You need to remove the databases you wish to log ship from the current TLog Backup job. The reason for this is that having two jobs that perform a TLog backup will cause the Log Shipping TLog Backups to be out of sequence, as TLog Backups must be restored in sequence on the standby server.
You can still continue to take Full and Differential Backups of the Primary or Source Databases. When you configure the Log Shipping schedule, set the schedule not to perform a TLog Backup on the Primary or Source database, for the period of the Weekly Full Backup and the Daily Differential Backup.
