how to monitor all table growths

for a single table we can add custom metrics , but i am looking for all tables in all db's  the reason is our application will create tables and drop it

    Hi, thank you for your forum post.

    By default, SQL Monitor will not show metrics for each individual table or for all tables in a database.  As you know already, there is a custom metric for a single table, further information here.

    However, you will most likely need to create  your own metric to monitor growth on all tables in a database. Best place to start will be the sqlmonitormetrics web site and how to write a metric.

    I recommend you test it out by monitoring on a test database first.
