    Hi Gio,
Thank you for your forum post.

What is the full version number of V9 of SQL Monitor you are using?

I ask this question, as I aware of a bug fix in V9.2.5 released in November 2019 that fixed an intermittent empty dashboard problem when using AD authentication.

Also in V9.2.13 released in February 2020 fixed a problem where the global dashboard failed to render correctly.

Or better still upgrade to the latest version V10.1.3.30084 which can be downloaded using this link.
Please Note -  Link will expire on 25th June 2020.

    Many Thanks
    Eddie
