HI, I am using sql monitor 9 ,  everything was ok but one day  almost all servers has disappeared from global dashboard, when I am checking in configuration,  monitored servers there are all servers connected with green tick but on global dashboard  there is only one server  but it is not showing anything,  looks like global dashboard hanging and can not update information , I restarted  monitoring server but  no success , there is still one  server showing on global dashboard.

    Hi Gio,
Thank you for your forum post.

What is the full version number of V9 of SQL Monitor you are using?

I ask this question, as I aware of a bug fix in V9.2.5 released in November 2019 that fixed an intermittent empty dashboard problem when using AD authentication.

Also in V9.2.13 released in February 2020 fixed a problem where the global dashboard failed to render correctly.

Or better still upgrade to the latest version V10.1.3.30084 which can be downloaded using this link.
Please Note -  Link will expire on 25th June 2020.

    Many Thanks
