the older version of SQL prompt can't be removed

in SQL Prompt
i can't uninstall the SQL Prompt,my Procedures and functions in Control Panel didn't have the SQL Prompt procedure in the list, what should i do ? i also check my regeit

Please can you try running one of the following uninstall tools from https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed or the Revo uninstaller from https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html to try and remove SQL Prompt? It has been known to work for other customers with the same issue.
