Possible to filter out encrypted stored procedures?

I know that you can uncheck the option to 'Decrypt Encrypted Objects' within comparison options, but is there a way to filter encrypted objects out altogether? Even if I set source control to not decrypt objects, it still flags them as objects that I need to check in when I go to the commit tab (and then prompts that they are encrypted and cannot be checked in?). This behavior leads me to think that I need to simply filter them out, however I only see an option to filter out objects based on object name or schema name alone.

As you correctly state you would need to filter based on schema or object name.
If you wish to, you can suggest that on the SQL Source Control uservoice channel:

That forum is monitored by the Product Management team who use it as an important source when deciding what features to add or enhance in the tool.
