SQL Monitor - email for ended jobs not sending

We are using SQL Monitor to help us deal with failed SQL Agents jobs. It raises alerts beautifully. However, we are seeing that emails are not being sent out when a job successfully runs and status becomes "Ended". Could it have to do that we are using a custom configuration for these jobs?

Hello Jay,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry that you're having trouble with SQL Monitor. Have you already set up your Email server settings in Configuration>Notification settings>Email server settings? In order for SQL Monitor is able to send outgoing mail, you need to set this up first. Please see the image and documentation page below:

If you've already set this up and you're still not getting the emails, can you please send over the log files so we can investigate further?

We have raised an issue with the development team with internal reference SRP-11786 that is currently being investigated. The forum here should be updated when a fix is available and it should also be posted in the release notes.
