New deadlock feature

Must say I like the look of the new deadlock feature. Definite improvement on just showing the sql fragment.

I'd like to be able to make that deadlock visualisation a full screen. I find it useful sometimes to see the whole picture (literally!)

I noticed that there are some deadlocks that spill out of the window and I can't scroll to parts. I have an "e_waitPipeNewRow" deadlock with 6 threads. The upper two process blocks are off the top of the screen. If I zoom out I can see they are there but I can read the Geeked Text. When I zoom in I can't pan up to them.

Thanks for the suggestion - we're just working on this, and the ability to expand to full screen should hopefully be in the next release.

I'm afraid this didn't make the cut for 7.1.15, it should be in 7.1.16.
