Finding dependencies across multiple databases

can we use Dependency Tracker to track dependencies of an object across multiple databases on single server or multiple servers?
I tried downloading the trial version to check this but couldnt find definite options. When i select same object (table name) it gives me two different graphs in same window.
What we are basically looking out for is - when i select a column from a table, i should know how is it being derived from staging area to final mart. So that we can track how the column dependencies are.
Can some one help here. If we can achieve this, we will need to buy license.

Thank you for your forum post.
SQL Dependency Tracker will resolve External Differences, providing you enable the "Resolve All External References" option. Please read this HELP ARTICLE.
Sadly, SQL Dependency Tracker will not display dependencies for a column from a table. It will display the dependencies for the table but not down to the individual columns that make up the table.
Many Thanks
