Does anyone know the remedy for this error:
Invalid comparison options found in C:Users<user>AppDataLocalRed GateSQL Source Control 3Transientshc5ukplo.1ubComparisonOptions.xml. To resolve please correct these problems or remove the file to have the default set of options regenerated.
I remove the Transientshc5ukplo.1ubComparisonOptions.xml file, but still get the error.
As a result, I'm not able to use any of the operations of the tool.

The transient is basically a local copy of the repository. The problem is likely to be in the copy of that file that lives in the repository itself. Although you deleted the file from the transient folder, trying to do something in SQL Source Control will result in the broken copy in the repository being copied across to the transient. This means that the problem still occurs.
Can you try deleting the copy in the repository?
