Stuck at 'Launching Internet Explorer'

Hi, I'm demoing the trial version to help look for memory leaks...
When I click Start Profile Internet Explorer will launch successfully with the website, however ANTS Memory Profiler just sits there saying "Launching 'Internet Explorer'" and never seems to recognize IE has already launched.
It worked successfully the first time, but every time after that it has failed.
Also, is there any way to profile a live website with real users? Or does it only profile the particular instance that pops up when you click Start Profiling?

Can you provide any further details on this issue? Are you starting ANTS Memory profiler from Visual studio or standalone. What type of process are you trying to profile to (which option are you using when you attempt to start profiling the process). Also can you include any logging from %LOCALAPPDATA%Red GateANTS Memory Profiler 7 related to the instances when this is occurring please.
