We have 300 servers and over 2000 databases.
Our current backup stratagy uses backup devices to distribute the terribytes of data around the organization.
Any way to get the RedGate software to recgonise te backp devices that we have setup?
Thanks in Advance

I am not 100% sure that you mean by backup devices.
SQL Backup only supports backing to disks. SQL Backup cannot backup directly to tape devices
If you are talking about a virtual device? For instance a single disk file that can hold many database backups...
SQL Backup doesn't allow you to backup to a virtual device because it is already implemented that way: it creates a temporary virtual device and backs up to it, then destroys the virtual device. For this reason, a group of SQL Backups couldn't be done into one virtual device.
I hope the above helps.
