Minimum Windows Rights Required for SQL Backup Agent Service

Can someone tell me what are the minimum local windows rights that the account running SQL Backup Agent Service requires?

    - Log On As A Service right
    - read/write access to the local/network paths where the backup files will be stored
    - log on to SQL Server with sysadmin role membership if using Windows Authentication
