MySQL Data Comparer - encoding problems

Both tables (source and target) have the same default collation utf8_general_ci, however data inside contains non English symbols (Cyrillic alphabet).
After data-transferring DataComparer converted all cyrillic symbols into question marks (like ??????? ?? ?? ?? ?? )
And the most hilarious thing when i do recomparing both tables i got totally identical rows!

i'm using Mysql Data Compare 1.0.0.473 + some technical data

Thank you for your forum post and sorry that you have encountered a problem.

When you reviews the comparison results, did the SQL Differences view in the lower half of the results page show the data correctly with regards to the non English symbols (Cyrillic alphabet)?

When you run the deployment process, did you chose to create a deployment script or let MySQL Data Compare perform the deployment?

A support call has been created for you HERE.

Can you please update the call with an example table syntax of one of the affected tables so I can try to replicate the reported problem.

    Many thanks
    Eddie
