Not able to Commit changes using SQL Source Control 3

Hi
I have linked SQL Source Control to Perforce.
I am able to correctly see all the differences between the scripts in Perforce vs those in the database.
However, when I try and commit the changes, I am getting the following error:
Command:
P4 -s submit -d "Changes as a part of AC Enrichment" "C:\Perforce\depot\MMM\LRO\branches\SSS\Database\LRO\..."
Output:
error: No files to submit from the default changelist.
exit: 1
Exit code:
1
Any idea what is the reason for this?
