Set Enable 32-bit Applications on App Pool Creation

How do I set the Enable 32-bit Applications property of an Application Pool on a 64-bit machine to true when red-gate deploy sets up the application pool for the first time?

I don't think any of the variables in DM will let you set this option. It may be possible to set it in the postDeploy.ps1 by executing this though:

appcmd set apppool /apppool.name:MyAppPool /enable32BitAppOnWin64:true

I had to make some slight modifications to the script that James suggested and ended up with:

$appcmd = "$env:windir\system32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe set apppool /apppool.name:MyAppPool /enable32BitAppOnWin64:true"
Invoke-Expression $appcmd

This works fine for us.
