The Add-in 'SQL Source Control 3.5' failed to load

I can't use latest version of SQL Source Control (http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql-de ... e-control/) which I downloaded yesterday. As soon as I start my SQL Server 2008 R2 I get the following screen:

Is there any solution for this? Is this a known bug? Is it happening in this version only, if yes, can you give me the link of working version? Here is my machine details:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Service pack 1 64 bit
SQL Server 2008 R2

This isn't an error we're aware of - the latest version works OK on my system (Windows 7 Enterprise, SSMS 2008 R2), so it doesn't seem like it's something to do with your environment. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the software, making sure to right-click and run the installer as Administrator?
