Require value for variables; List True, False for Bool

I created a variable today I was able to save the variables when one had no value! Obviously that would have led to a failed deployment.
Please change the code to require a value in the value field.
Also, for variables such as RedGateNotAWebSite, display a select list with the allowed values True and False. This will prevent someone mis-typing the value and ending up with a mangled deployment.
