Hi,
I'm new to Deployment Manager and I can't see how to do the following.
1. Delete a project.
2. Remove a release from a project.
Any guidance on how to do this would be great.

To delete a project, visit that project, then click the "Settings" option- you can then hit Delete.
Unfortunately I don't think you can currently remove a release from a project , but please do vote for that feature request here
