How to extend "user license" to another computer

I'm a licensed Red-Gate user with paid support. I have been trying to get an answer to a question for 2 weeks without response, writing to sales, support, and posting online for support. I'm sorry to post this publicly.
I have a license to SQL Developer Bundle. I understood it was for N users - not N computers. I'm one of those users, and I'd like to run the software on a second computer. When I tried to install, it said "number of activations for this serial number has been exceeded."
Please advise on how I can use Red Gate on the 2nd computer.
