RedGate.SQLCompare.ASTParse version conflict

Hi,
I have upgarded to sql compare 8.2.1.84. It is referencing RedGate.SQLCompare.ASTParser v8.2.1.38. I am not able to find this assembly any where in my installation. I only have v8.2.1.44 in SQL Compare folder. Please help.

If you uninstall, delete all files from the folder, then reinstall is it still the same version?
I have .38 myself which I can send you if that doesn't work.
