Clarification on MySql DB compare tool.

Hi Forum Member,
I have few question about the tool mySql data compare.
1. Any restrication about no.table / database to compare ?
2. Do you have any option to check all the database which is running in the same ?
3.Do you have any constraint about max no.of rows will ba caculated (is it possible to check 130 Million , we have high volumne of date)
