Patch to Red Gate SQL Compariosn SDK 8.0.2.14 - 5th Nov 2009

This build of SQL Compariosn SDK should address the following issues in SQL Comparison SDK 8.0:
This is a private build containing Compare engine 8.1 and Data Compare engine 8.0. It does not contain the Packager engine. Installing on top of 8.0 or 8.0.1 builds will delete the Packager engine installed by those.
CSD-128 Sample databases are installed to the wrong location, and they are too big.
