does dts compare have a cmdline interface to create dts snapshots?

or is the stuff required included in the sqlcompare snapshots

Hi Colin,

The only way to create a DTS Snapshot (DTSSNPX) is through the GUI. There isn't any automation or command-line utility like the other programs in the Toolkit, unfortunately.

if i get these snapshots, can i generate a compare output in html similar to sqlcompare.

Unfortunately, you're limited to viewing the comparisons in the GUI and printing them.
