No Snippets

I just upgraded to SQL Prompt 4 and I now have no snippets, not even any standard/default ones.
I tried the snippet importer and it does nothing and just returns this:
SQL Prompt 4 Snippets Importer
Importing...
Import failed for the following snippets:
Press any key to exit
I do have registry entries to redirect the SQL Prompt 3 settings to a non-standard location so that they aren't lost every time I logoff. (Roaming profiles.) Could this be the issue?
Does SQL Prompt 4 support saving all of it's settings to somewhere other than "Local Settings" which are deleted every time I logoff?

I am trying to recreate the issue at our end.
If you could let me know the steps to reproduce it will be really helpful.

Install SQL Prompt 3 Set the "Cache Folder", "Options Folder", and "Snippets Folder" values in the registry under "HKCU\Software\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 3" to another directory. Move your configuration files to the new location Upgrade to SQL Prompt 4 Notice that you have no Snippets, not even default ones
I have found that if I remove the "Snippets Folder" registry entry that SQL Prompt 4 creates the default snippets and I was then able to move them to a safe location and change the registry value back.
I am trying to replicate the issue and will get back to you soon on this.
Thanks for your patience with this issue.
