I'd like to know this too. I don't think you can, however. We've held off on rolling it out because it is a security risk that absolutely anyone can install the client and connect to the repository if they know the name.
Sorry in SQL Response V 1 you cannot restrict access to the repository (if they know the name of the repository). But permissions, logins etc is under strong consideration for V 2.
