    After I did this, I had to restart the SQL Backup Agent in the Services control panel.

    I'm sorry for necroposting, but we are still expiriencing the same problem in our workspace when running transaction log backup for all databases in the server every 15 minutes. We have SQL Backup vesion 9.1.6.140 installed with MS SQL servers 2012 SP4 version 11.0.7001 and MS SQL 2008 SP3 vesion 10.0.5538. We have about 10-50 databases per one backup job per server. And this Log Copy Queue Pending problem happens randomly from time to time on different servers.
    What might be done to get rid of the problem?
