Comparing permissions

I have two databases that I would like to compare permissions. The databases are identical, but the permission groups have different names -
Database A - group that has permissions on Stored procedures, tables, is RTSACCT
Database B - group that has permissions on stored procedures, tables, is RTS_AFMCACCT
These two groups should have identical permissions, but they are showing up as differences because the name is different. Is there a way to map these so that it will not show as different? I tried mapping them, but they still show up as differences when I run the compare.

This isn't currently possible with SQL Compare 8.0, but I can see why you would want to do this.
We have a similar feature request to this already open, so I have added your suggestion to it. Once it has been reviewed again, we should be able to tell you if/when it will be implemented in a future version.
For your reference, the feature tracking code is SC-2355.
