Many thanks for your query, just after some additional clarification. Assuming you've reset the password for an account being used by one of the Monitor services (Base Monitor or Web) and you now need to update that on the server hosting Redgate Monitor?
This can be achieved through the services console on the server hosting that specific service and updating the password here. Please let me know if I've misunderstood your request.
