Alert pane UI bug when expanding/collapsing sections

In the alert details pane, if you click one of the expandable section headings, the section toggles between expanded and collapsed, and the icon changes from '-' to '+' and vice-versa.
If you tab to the section heading (or simply try this after selecting one)
and press '+' or '-' on the keyboard, the icon changes, but the section remains in its original state.
Nothing major really....
