SQL Prompt refreshes drastically slower after upgrading to Sql 19.

I upgraded from SSMS 18 to 20 last week. Since then, it has taken 4 or 5 minutes to refresh suggestions. I found in this forum that SQL Prompt is not working correctly with 20, so I installed 19.3.4.0 and uninstalled SSMS 20.  Now, I have SSMS 19 and SQL Prompt 10.14.23.11448.  Also, occasionally, SSMS just closes out of the blue.  No error message.  It just closes.  I've closed and re-opened SSMS.  Re-started my computer multiple times.   Any suggestions?  Thank you.
