Emails after alert was cleared

We had a really odd thing just happen. I cleared several alerts after doing an AG failover. About 10 minutes later I recived an email with the subject "Availability group - database not healthy" for some of the databases that were part of the AG. Even though the alert was cleared at 13:43 I recieved an email notification at 13:50. Anyone ever seen this before or know why this happened?

Redgate Monitor alerts have two types: Continuous and Event. The AG "database not healthy" alert is a continuous alert, which is means the alert stays active until the condition which caused the alert to be raised has resolved:
Clearing a continuous alert that has not resolved will not change the status, it will remain active until the condition(s) resolve.
