Please can you try uninstalling SQL Search and then reinstalling:
https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLSearch/SQLSearch_3.6.21.4852.exe
If this doesn't fix the problem, please can you provide the SQL Search logs? If you don't want to attach them to this post, please send them to support@red-gate.com referencing ticket number 321023.

Have you visited our Help Center?
I have send the log files to the support address.
1. Open up Visual Studio 2022
2. Using Chrome/Edge browser, navigate to http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html
3. You should see SQL Search. Click "Activate here". A new tab should open up
4. Login under your Redgate ID
5. Return to Visual Studio 2022 and you should be licensed
Navigating to http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html just results in a "localhost refused to connect" error.
I'm happy to provide logs.
Thank you for your attention to this message!

ETA: I have tried uninstalling SQL Search from VS and SSMS, rebooting, and then reinstalling, taking care to install as Administrator. It didn't make any difference.
