Redgate rookie question

Hi! I am new to using Redgate Monitor, which is used by my organization. I have a couple of questions:
1. We often see alerts for long running SqlAgent jobs, running for over an hour. However, when I click on the alert card, I am not able to see the name of the job or jobs that Redgate is alerting about. How do I see those jobs without having to manually run queries against the SQL Server?
2. When I see an alert for a SQL Server, is there an easy way for me to copy the name of the SQL Server from the alert. If I click on the server name in card view, it takes me to all sorts of info, but I don't see a place to copy the name of the SQL Server. My organization has long SQL Server names and it is tedious to look at those alerts in Redgate and then have to manually type the names in SQL Server Management Studio to connect to those servers.
I will appreciate your help with those questions. Thank you!
Best regards,
Azhar

Thanks for your questions!
1. Can you send a screen shot as to what you are looking at so I can make sure I'm giving you the correct information on where to go?
2. If you need to copy and paste, it would probably be easiest to go to the configuration/monitored-servers page. There you will see all the servers you have and you can definitely copy and paste from those server names.
Thank you for looking into this. Here are my responses:
1. For item # 1 please see the attached Word file with two screenshots. In this case we are getting alerts for long running jobs, but the alert provides no information about which job or jobs are running long. Many of our servers have 50 plus jobs and if we have to manually connect to the SQL Server and come up with queries to find out which jobs are running long, then this kind of defeats the purpose of having a sophisticated tool like Redgate Monitor.
2. I could not find an easy way to copy and paste a SQL server name in configuration/monitored servers page. A much easier way to do this is on the alerts page itself. If for a particular alert, we click on the 3 dots (ellipsis) and choose "Alias" ...... here we can copy the server name from the "Instance name" field and we don't have to create an alias. However, this is a very inconvenient and roundabout way of doing this and even if this were doable from the configuration/monitored servers page, this would be even more inconvenient. The alert card should directly make copy and paste available which is standard functionality in applications these days. Thoughts?
Again, thank you for looking into this. I really appreciate it. If others have any thoughts regarding this, please feel free to chime in.
Warm regards,
Azhar Taj
If you scroll down, you'll see performance metrics and can choose top queries.
Not sure if this is what you are looking for or if that answers your question.
