Check for update does not get me the latest release

Today I updated SQLPrompt on one of my app-servers. The version now says 10.14.21.9884. If I do "Check for updates", it says I have the latest version, even though the release notes says the latest version is 10.14.23.11448.  I have tried this on two different servers/installations, and both of them say 10.14.21.9884 is the latest version. 

Is there a reason for this behavior?

Did you perform a manual check for updates?

It should pull the latest installer but if it hasn't there might be something blocking the connection to the server. Are you able to send over the SQL Prompt log files? You can send them to support@red-gate.com if you don't want to post them in the forum.
