Create a template for New

I would like to be able to create a template to be used when ever a new script window is displayed. I want to consistently specify SET options and transaction level. Is this the best way to submit a feature request?

The best place for you to submit this idea would be on our User Voice Forum which I am including below, specifically under the Toolbelt Essential forum as that would house Multi Script (Which I believe you are talking about, if not please correct me).
