Unable to get RedGate to accept serial as valid

Hello,
I am using SSMS and have bought a prompt professional license. I installed prompt professional but every time I enter the serial ID I was given. I receive the following error "The serial (xxx-xxx-xxxxx-xxxx) is not valid for this product. Login to www.red-gate.com to view your licenses. It does not seem to matter where I copy and paste the serial from in either the web browser or the csv I can download. It always comes back with this error. What can I do to get it to accept and let me redeem my license?

I've opened a support ticket for you in regards to this issue. I will update this forum post to share my findings.
