Is there an issue between Backup 10.1.26.2333 and cloud storage?

I've recently set up an account with AWS to store my data backups but i am having difficulty getting it to work. I am currently unsure if the problem lies with SQL Backup, AWS setup or my credentials & configuration.
I've looked through the AWS documentation and everything seems to be as it should, but i continue to get error 139 - The AWS S3 Bucket value is not defined when i try to run the job. I've tried linking the cloud account by editing the job and through server options under the tools menu. Both methods successfully link the account, although when i go back in, it does not display the current linked account details.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you send us screenshots showcasing your Cloud Setup with Redgate SQL Backup?
Can you send over the Copy to Cloud Storage log files from the following directory?
C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\Logs\SQL Backup 10\
The file name should be like the following e.g. SqbHostedStorageClient.5332.txt
