SQL Backup 10 - S3 Bucket Link issue

We just upgraded and move our SQL database to a new server and is getting an issue when linking the S3 bucket.
The error I'm getting is "Failed to Authorize S3 Account error code 135"
I validated that the cred is valid and could be connected from the server.
There is already the SQBHostedStorageClient.exe in the RedGate installation directory.
Does anyone what the issue could be?
