I can´t install the latest version of SQL Search

Hi, I cant't install the latest version of sql search because it says "The older version of SQL Search 3 cannot be remover. Contacto your technical support group". I tryed to unninstall it, buy I couldn´t. I erased every registry line, including the one that you told another user (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SQL Search 3), but still get the same message.

Hi, 

I see you have already looked to remove left over registry keys but this is commonly cause when some are missed. If all had been deleted, then any version of SQL Search wouldn't be detected.  

Once you are sure all are deleted try running the installer again.

If the propblem persists raise a ticket via the customer portal.
