SSMS automatically restarts after I close it

Installed update to 7.7.18.19115.
Opened SSMS.
Connected to DB.
Closed SSMS and waited about five minutes with no restart of SSMS.
Happy Day. 
Will update if issue persists.

I was having issues with servers and databases not connecting to Source Control. However, after installing an update, I was able to connect and then shutdown without SSMS restarting by itself. I am going to do more testing to make sure this is fixed.
