In our current consideration of implementing Flyway within our company, we are exploring the use of services covered by the Community plan. I would appreciate it if you could clarify whether opting for the Enterprise plan is necessary in this context.

Thank you for the great question. No there's no requirement for commercial entities to purchase the paid tiers, unless of course you require the functionality therein.
Flyway Community is freeware and classified as such under our product licensing.
Welcome to the community, I wish you happy db deployments!

A quick and easy overview of this is the following link

Assuming the switches and parameters you're using don't have a 'Teams' or 'Enterprise' tag against them, you should be good to go.
1.Is it accurate to say that, in the absence of a license, it is possible to utilize the features of a paid license, and this is signaled through a notification indicating the use of a paid license?
2.If this is indeed the case, would acquiring a license be the appropriate resolution?
3.Furthermore, in instances where switches and parameters lack tags like 'Teams' or 'Enterprise,' does this suggest that commercial usage is permissible?
All functionality in Flyway Community that you are able to access doesn't require a paid license. If you try to use any features that require a paid license, the software will inform you and you will be prompted to start a trial.
