SQL Monitor built-in Database Unavailable Alert Question

It is stated that Database Unavailable Alert captures the database state changes - from "online" to any other state, but for example; while we are restoring a new database from a full backup, we always get the database unavailable alert. Is there another alert suggestion, maybe an alert level or an option for this kind of "controlled" use?

    Apologies for the delayed response. At present I don't think there is an alert type that matches your use case, I would suggest raising this request on the UserVoice site, votes on these suggestions can help prioritise future features!
