Database '' does not exist

I'm evaluating SQL Change Automation and have installed the SQL Change Automation extensions (Build and Release) on our TFS server and configured them both. However, when running the Release extension I'm getting an error that the database name is empty as per below extract from the logs. I can successfully connect to the database in question which is on a different server from our build server so unsure why the error is occurring. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
