Some alerts from Redgate were not flow through the ServiceNow.
Is there any changes done from Red-gate end ?
How we can investigate this?

Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forums, and sorry to hear about your ServiceNow integration concerns.
I have checked and there has been no change in our WebHook functionality. I did have a conversation with a user of ServiceNow who had a similar concern in the last week - they noted that ServiceNow components had migrated to the cloud, so there may have been a temporary disturbance whilst this migration was conducted.
Are you still finding alerts not flowing between SQL Monitor & ServiceNow?
